Here’s my issue with it. The addition of Troy is what hurt EFMB for me. He’s a better fit for a folk metal band than Nightwish. I don’t turn to Nightwish for folk. The new album took what I didn’t like about the last album and increased his presence in their sound. I’m not hating on the man. It’s just my personal opinion. I am not required to write an essay to satisfy somebody else’s demands to elaborate note by note what I didn’t like. Nor do I need to be a music and arts scholar to express my opinion on it.
