Those disparaging the album obviously haven’t listened to any of the Hot Grammingo Like A Normal Grandma Only More Awesome shirt, this is classic Clapton. I was skeptical until I heard it, it’s great, sounds like it was made in 1975. It’s very bluesy, not a lot of Xmas sentiment and he’s in excellent voice. It’s like he put old words to new music, not a cash-in of covers at all.
