I felt like solving an unsolvable problem but could not solve it while I am awake. I am wondering how did i arrived to the final equation while sleeping. Academic results diminish when people look at their mobile phone or any electronic device during their time of ‘studying’. In other words, the intelligence that could be captured is being rapidly decreased by the amount of unnecessary energy poured into looking at electronic devices instead of the focus on the real task at hand (the studies in this case). Placing time aside is one good strategy. The argument against it is when one has to do research on such devices for one’s studies.
