This is sad and happy at the same time why didnt they take the mom and her babies in Breaking Hearts And Blasting Farts shirt the shelter it’s sad they left them on the streets it’s good they helped the puppy but it’s sad they left them on the street. Again it costs money and more money and staff and food. It is not so black and white. I have 6 dogs and totally love animals and get the anger but also understand that not everyone can donate money to help them rescue every dog.
