It is true that many local residents care for the stray dogs which is wonderful. I’ve seen more Beetlejuice Black 2020 T-Shirt spay/neuter programs starting in poorer countries which is great. Keeps the population down. This is why I give a monthly donation to a non for profit rescue organization in Thailand. I try to donate to other countries as well when I can. They all need our help.
