Have you been able to heal fully and eat whatever you want now after the acid watcher diet? I think that most people never fully heal- because you can have flare ups from diet, stress, etc, but it’s very manageable for some people on medication. Not so much me, but after 6 months on a PPI I was able to come off it and eat most of the I Bet My Heart Smells Like Weed shirt– I wasn’t willing to try some foods just from fear of reawakening the beast so I don’t know if I can handle tomato sauce, etc.
