I understand many people have serious reservations about Hillary Clinton that I do not share. However, even if I shared their concerns I would view this election as a O’ Verland Park Patrick’s Day Shirt between a rotten apple (Clinton) and poison (Trump). A rotten apple might make your stomach hurt, but the poison will kill you. Another metaphor I like personally, based on the rhetoric used by Trump about international affairs, the use of nuclear weapons, and immigration is this: electing Donald Trump to be president is like hiring a grizzly bear to teach kindergarten. Not only will he be ineffective, he is probably going to hurt a lot of innocent people.
