I have lots of Retired Engineer Not My Problem Anymore Funny T-Shirt. That tractor is one of the things I will be discussing. I have an “unhinged” article I will be releasing soon that contains information about the Commissioners that many have but few share. The tractor question is a question you should ask your Commissioners if given the chance though. They will out right lie to you but it’s worth a try.
