I had a flat tire on Warner Road in St. Paul. Police towed my car to their impound lot! My son was on his way from Hastings, where we live, to change it and they weren’t going to even let him in the Truck if you don’t own one you’ll never understand shirt. How the hell do we get the car out? Pay the towing bill! Of course we were going to pay it but then not let my son in to fix it? And then they hesitated to let him go in to change it. My God! And it was -25 out that day about 4:00.It’s all screwed up the way this world is run. What happened to friendly police that would help an older lady out. Nope-they wouldn’t budge to change it!
