I know that we’ve been told for many years and conditione to overcook our pork and a little bit of A barbecue stain on my white t-shirt shirt is considered okay nowadays and it was always okay we just didn’t know it… but medium rare pork? I don’t think that’s appetizing to me by all means don’t cook it until it’s bright white and dryer as paper but the term medium rare pork should not exist.
