People who ordered tacos were receiving just the ingredients inside wrapped in a Dear Mom Thanks For Being My Mom Love Your Favorite Redhead shirt. People were in shock that they were doing this. It’s not a Taco without the shell. Not to mention paying full price for the food. They waited until people ordered, paid, got their food and asked about the shells. They should have told people as soon as they came in. What a horrible experience and rip off Taco Bell!
