Yeah, people who gatekeep on builds or I’m The Dj Shirt, Dj Gift, Disc Jockey Shirt, Dj Shirt, Dj T shirt, Gift For Him, DJ Tee for Him, Funny Dj Shirt are really dumb. A 1560 with lvl 7s can do plenty of damage in brel g5-6. Don’t need dark bombs or juiced characters at all if you play correctly. Anyone with a dps meter has seen 1590s with lvl 10s get beat by 1560s with 7s. Player skill matters way more than how optimized your build is. The reason why brel 5-6 hm is hard is because our party finder is shit. We aren’t allowed to see anything useful in player applications. All we see is the build which doesn’t matter at all if the player sucks at the game. Apparently It’s ‘toxic’ to know a players avg dps in the raid, how often they’re the first to die, how many successful clears they have and how many times they’ve cleared alive. We just have to accept anyone with a decent build and pray theyre not trash. This is an issue SMG can easily solve, yet they choose not to on purpose. This is because they want to protect their high investment players. People who live on the game or whale super hard to have those insane 1590 characters with full lvl 10s get into any lobby they want instantly. Never get gatekept and therefore have a much easier time clearing the raid. If we had performance metrics no one would give a damn about your build. Who cares if you’re juiced if you’re only doing 2m dps and are the first to die in 50% of your pulls. Suddenly there’s less incentive to grind or whale. Good players can find other good players and raids are less frustrating and clear easier. Don’t eat up that bullshit about the community becoming toxic or gatekeeping if we could see performance. That’s just propaganda to hide the real reason, which is because it makes SMG more money doing it this way. The community is gonna gatekeep and be toxic regardless. They already are lol.
