I got sent Santa Claus Garden Gnome In Red Costume Merry Christmas shirt from work today, and in order to return I need a note saying that I’m cleared to return. I don’t even know where to start with this. The urgent care clinic didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and was like “yeah come on down bro”. I will have to figure out what I need to do in the morning. It could just be chest congestion who knows?
