Honestly, a big part of why I got into Maiden was because it heavily reminded me of There’s a black sheep in every family in my family it was me shirt! They had that more proggy, neoclassical, dungeons & dragons feel of epicness just like Rainbow and Bruce’s vocals are clearly influenced by Dio as well as Gillan.Not to mention both Adrian and Janick being Blackmore fans and it definitely shows at times in their playing.
