I felt like I had to apologize to the poor guy for all of 59 la pinche Karen shirt. It made me feel ashamed about my neighborhood, which is not something I’m used to. But what is going to stick with me is he said something like “I dont know what might have happened if you weren’t around.” He said it lighthearted, like a joke, but it’s true.
