So, basically every nursing home ever? This is why I quit that field of work. I loved it, and I loved my patients, some of whom had Jack Skellington bow shirt, but I couldn’t continue. My last nursing home cut staff because we supposedly “didn’t need an extra two people on the floor.” We tried to tell them not to do it, that we were already stretched thin and residents were going to get hurt. They didn’t listen. We had fall after fall because there simply weren’t enough aides to watch everyone and take care of the others at the same time. Gave up after that, because all these places care about is money.
