Ahhh so much this. When I was in college (f20s) my dad (m50s) got caught having a This Is My Christmas Pajama Shirt Lights Funny shirt — he was meeting up with strangers for sex, both men and women. He had a lot of shame about it. And while he should have felt horrible for being unfaithful for so many years, I didn’t want him to feel ashamed of his sexuality and sort of understood based on his generation and being in the south why he would have tried to hide or suppress being bi.
