I flew American and not Southwest, but I’m almost positive they followed the ELPRE you’re the king signature shirt. This person knew before getting on the plane that she was going to make a statement and get kicked off. She knew she was going to fuck up everyones day. She would have had to have worn one to get through security and through the gate to get on the plane. She should be banned from flying any airline ever again.
