You probably have a Be The Ball Golf shirt. You can get one with a nose wire and leave some room around yr nose (as long as it’s covered) instead of pinching it tight because the mask is just for a barrier. You should get one that suits you and learn to get used to it. This isn’t going away soon and you really don’t want to be part of the problem even though you think you do.
