I would love for there to be an actual Halloween event. It would not make sense for the story, but I would love all of the Pumpkin Ghosts shirt and Vendors to be dressed up, the tower decorated, and maybe have a very small new mission only available during that time that is something Halloweeny. I would love a shader or 2, and a ghost skin…anything really…but I am not going to get my hopes up because if it does not happen, then I would be really sad. I think holiday events should definitely be a thing. It just adds a fun element.
