On my mothers side of the family we all have trouble sleeping. Forget about 8 hours. We’re lucky YOU’RE A LYING DOG FACED PONY SOLDIER Joe Biden Shirt if we get 6 hours. It’s just very difficult for some of us to sleep through the night no matter how hard we try. But incidentally on my mothers side of the family, they all die in their 80s and some 90s even though they don’t sleep well. And no Alzheimer’s. Hope it works for me too.
